Direct Debit Set Up
Indirect Submitters will use a Commercial Bureau to send their files. Banks will normally suggest that new Originators should use a Commercial Bureau if they expect to collect less than 500 payments per month.
If your bank refuses to sponsor your business then the alternative is to use a Facility Management Provider. This service should show the Bureau name as well as your name on your customer's bank statements.
We can provide advice on for Direct or Indirect User as well as guidance on Facility Management.
Trading Names can be used but a separate Service User Number should be used for each trading name.
